Eu-BEST at SpaceTech Expo Europe 2024 !

From November 19th to 21st, 2024, the Eu-BEST team had the pleasure of being part of the SpaceTech Expo in Bremen, Germany, one of the most prestigious events in the aerospace industry. It was a key opportunity to present our innovative solution to professionals, industry leaders, and enthusiasts alike, while also connecting with the wider space community.
At the EES-Clemessy booth, our project was brought to life by the dedicated Eu-BEST team, led by Rime Hamadeh, with the support of Kilian Journeau and Marine Ferreres.
Throughout the expo, we had the chance to interact with a wide range of stakeholders –technical experts, launch vehicle specialists, spaceport operators, and more – sharing the vision of Eu-BEST and its ambition to revolutionize the ground segment of space testing.
What made the event special?
It wasn’t just about talking tech – it was about building relationships and sharing our vision for a more adaptable, efficient future in rocket engine testing. The excitement surrounding our project was unmistakable, with attendees showing a strong interest in how Eu-BEST could adapt to the evolving demands of the space industry.
We were fortunate to have other members of the Eu-BEST consortium alongside us: Theodoros Mitrousias, Heiko Rinderle, Christopher Kenny, and Rory Fitzpatrick. Their presence helped solidify partnerships, facilitate technical discussions, and demonstrate the collaborative strength behind the project.
Memorable moments
It wasn’t all business though – one of the highlights of our booth was undoubtedly the Eu-BEST stickers! They became an instant favorite with visitors, with many eagerly grabbing them as souvenirs. It was a fun, unexpected way to spread the word about our project.
Beyond the giveaways, however, it was the quality of conversations and connections made that left a lasting impact.
